Exploring movement and text through improvisation and impulse research
Tara Cheyenne Friedenberg will lead this 2 hour workshop to stimulate various methods of creation using text and movement. Over the past dozen  plus years Tara has developed a toolbox of techniques around creating dance/theatre/character/comedy works. In this workshop she will share her process and lead participants through several exercises aimed at capturing one’s true voice and artistic impulses. This workshop is appropriate for dancers, actors, and other performing artists and enthusiasts interested in investigating their own creative proclivities.

Bring paper and pen/pencil and wear comfortable clothing for dancing and moving.
